How many people can you accommodate for a Corporate Party or Team Building Event?
addGroup capacities vary depending on the activity and venue. We can arrange events for small teams as well as much larger groups. Let us know your expected numbers and preferred location, and we’ll recommend the most suitable options.
Are the activities suitable for mixed-ability groups?
addYes. Most experiences are suitable for complete beginners as well as more experienced participants. Instructors will explain everything before you begin and help everyone take part at a level they feel comfortable with. Please tell us about any mobility, accessibility or medical requirements when enquiring so we can help you choose a suitable venue.
Is food included with group bookings?
addFood is not normally included unless it is specifically stated in your package. Catering may be available as an optional extra at selected venues and usually needs to be arranged in advance.
Can you provide food and drinks afterwards?
addSelected venues can provide food and drinks before or after your experience, with options ranging from light refreshments to more substantial group catering. Availability and costs vary, so please ask when making your enquiry.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
addYes. A deposit is required to secure your chosen date. The remaining balance is due when you confirm your final numbers, at least four weeks before the event. If you book within four weeks of your event date, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
How do we pay?

When do we need to confirm our final numbers?
addFinal numbers usually need to be confirmed at least four weeks before your event date. We’ll confirm the exact deadline when your booking is arranged.
